After watching the video clip for “One”, he was hot! The very next day he rushed into the local music school eager to take guitar lessons. He had been a Stunts fan for some time when he was asked to join the group which aimed at celebrating and honoring the very band that had initiated his interest in playing music in the first place: Metallica. Kirrk had witnessed the Stunt’s powerful performance before, no second approach was needed! 2 years on and off the road was an important experience in his musical journey, and a great opportunity to play live, since his other bands where concentrating on studio productions at the time.Today, more than 12 years after first picking up the guitar, Kirrk studies music at the University of Siegen, where he takes earn a vast variety of classes. In addition to guitar, voice and piano lessons at Siegen, Kirrk has been remaining loyal to his private vocal trainer Carmen Mercé Alvaro, for now almost 4 years!Kirrk cannot wait for front man MetalSaschA to return from the US, and is waiting eagerly to share the stage with Steve Larsberg and Cliff Kaufman and MetalSaschA again. His only goal: fucking rock like hell!In order to survive until the next Stunts gigs, Kirrk and Cliff play with Hadean, Cologne based metal band, and constantly extends his creativity with Ministry of Silly Walks’ experimental music.
