1998: Beerfinder General, Ironpony Leimsen and Dr. Steelfist are sick of hanging around in the practice room and decide to find a guitarist and singer and form a Metallica tribute band   1999: MetalSaschA joins the band, the band plays their first tour, The unnamed tour   2000: The band tours vast parts of Western Germany   2001: In February 2001, the band plays their supposedly last concert in Cologne on their The Demo Shit Remains tour. Shortly thereafter, Ironpony Leimsen moves to Munich. In late 2001, Beerfinder General, Ironpony Leimsen and MetalSaschA get together for a beerfest at Cave, Cologne and decide to reunite despite the distance between Cologne and Munich.   2002: The band plays their Eye of the Beerholder Tour 2002 with gigs all over Germany and Austria   2003: Dr. Steelfist is replaced by Philburton   2003-2004: The band plays their longest and most extensive tour ever: For Whom the Bell Tours tour 2003-2004   2004-2005: MetalSaschA spends a year abroad in Rochester, NY where Metallica recorded Kill Em’ All   2005: MetalSaschA returns to Germany, Ironpony Leimsen is replaced by Kirrk Schmitzett, Philburton is replaced by Cliff Kaufman   2006: The band plays the first part of their Cover Up Your Ass Tour. Halfway through the tour, Beerfinder has to quit the band due to personal obligations and is replaced by Steve Larsberg.   2006-2007: The band play the second part of their Cover Up Your Ass Tour. In July 2007, MetalSaschA announces that the time has come for Cunning Stunts. He moves to the San Francisco Bay Area in August 2007, the mighty Cunning Stunts seem to be history.   2008: The band just can’t get enough. Just like in 2001, the members of the band decide that they can’t live without the band. They decide tp continue playing gigs and entire tours whenever MetalSaschA is back in Germany.   Be prepared. We’re getting ready to kick your ass!!!
